12th March 2018 – DNS Propagation

Some customers may be receiving a high volume of ‘mail delivery failures’ through their email accounts. May we suggest you log into your control panel , click on button E to the right of the affected domain name, scroll down the page and go to the Bounce back section of the page. On the drop down section please choose Reject bounce back message and click on save. Please allow 4 hours for this to take effect. We suggest you only choose this option for up to 3 days and then revert back again. This should hopefully rectify the issue. .
